from my understanding on reading the articles that looks like it's supposed to be under the notices tab for a Samsung members app but I don't see it yet either so maybe it will roll out slowly to us

Hasn't started rollout to US yet, as far as anyone is aware. Only Germany thus for. Crossing my fingers for later today.
