Right now it is anyone's guess. It was suppose to be on the 24th, but not yet. But, it will appear in the community section once it arrives.

Act of congress to get beta, IMO we won't see til official the way they keep pushing it back

I'm trying to get the first beta, I tested on the note 9 last year, but got nothing coming through this year 🤬

So, pretty much come to terms with the fact that as usual, Samsung doesn't intend to to let its enthusiast phone test the bleeding edge. I don't know why they bother announcing they will and why we keep believing them. 🤷‍:male_sign:
