I want it, if it is bad I can fall back on my 1+ 7 Pro which already has a stable version. Note 10+ is my daily driver though would like to see ui 2.0 and android 10 on it. Hoping ui 2.0 is a little more snappy like oxygen os.

As soon as it's approved and released. It will be in beta for a couple months for unlocked models and then released to carriers as a stable release sometime over the next few months.

It isn't out in US but yes unlocked models

Based on my experience with samsung, it will come out when android 11 is released by Google
