According to Sam mobile second beta for Notes will be released this week in Korea. Most likely they will also expand Beta program.

Still haven't been able to register for the beta program!! Anyone else experiencing this? There somewhere I can get the beta?

Initial beta in the U.S. (when it does launch) will be for factory uocked variants only.

1) Beta isn't out yet for Note10

2) Here is the post about upcoming beta for Note10(there is no date, but says "soon":

I'm holding a Note10+ unlocked on T-Mobile network. Any idea when I might see One UI 2.0 beta? Been expecting since S10 family got it, I'm excited to see the changes.

At the moment they are no official word when the beta maybe releases all I can say is keep checking the app for future updates

Thanks for your reply. I've been checking TMobile/Samsung websites for answer also. It's a little frustrating having their latest and greatest, yet not getting the software update. The only good news is we'll probably get a version with minimum bugs.
