Phone has to be the unlocked model purchased directly from Samsung not just unlocked. SM-N975U1 model for Note 10+.

You must have unlocked firmware on your phone. I would also say by this stage all beta slots are filled up. There are only so many slots available and it is first come first serve. The beta most likely will be done soon

Note: Not everybody will get the update even if your device is unlocked

I think they will send the update for certain number of devices

It will, not anytime soon. It's still in beta and has a couple of bugs.
