Note 20: Downloaded files getting an Error Message "Document Path Note Valid"

Get error message document path not valid when I try to open a downloaded file. How to fix this

What steps are you taking when opening the files? Are you opening them from the My Files app?

Were the files downloaded from another app or website, or transferred?

Have you restarted the phone?
