A Series & Other MobileThank you for reaching out. I see you have done lots of troubleshooting and I understand how stressful this can be. I would be happy to assist you further. Can I please have your full model number, baseband version, service provider?
Are you using the stock messaging app?
Are you using the stock keyboard?
How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?
Next step, I would recommend wiping the cache partition:
Give these steps a try:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When you see Samsung Galaxy A11, release the Power key but continue holding the Volume Up key.
- When you see the Android Recovery screen, release the Volume Up key.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight the wipe cache partition.
- Press the Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Power key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete and the Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
