Galaxy A14 wallpaper rotation

How do you prevent the wallpaper from spinning out of place. I just want the icons to rotate and keep the origjnal wallpaper ratio.

A14 with one Ui

Once the rotate screen is active, the CPU via software automatically resizes the icons based on a ratio of horizontal and vertical pixels. I don't see any place where they are adjustable.

Thanks for your help. I guess jumping from a S9 to an A14 gives ui a difference.
