I recently purchased an old Samsung Slyder phone off of Ebay. It came in and I found the screen was locked. The model is Samsung galaxy torch shg-t669b. how can I bypass the pin lock on this phone or factory reset it. I messaged the seller for the pin he never got back to me. Or would Samsung be able to fix it if I mailed it in. Thank you.

You realize you're playing with fire, right? That phone is at least 10, possibly 11 years old and has not had any updates in at least 7 or 8 years.
