You would need to contact your carrier. The sim might not be fully set up in the system

I have a problem with my phone I have Galaxy A536 I ordered a new sim card from Qlink it network locked my phone :mobile_phone: I still don't have service what to do plus don't have money to network unlock my Galaxy A536
