Since I paired and connected my Bluetooth headset to my UN55KS8000 SAMSUNG TV anytime I try to use them again it shows that they are connected to the TV already even if they are off!!!

If I turn them on, they try to connect but they never do even though the TV still shows them connected.

I can't even DISCONNECT them and REMOVE them from the list of Bluetooth Audio devices!!!

It is a very strange behavior by the TV Bluetooth code that I cannot get it to work.

I restarted the TV and the Headphones and no luck. As I said already, even if the Headphones are OFF the TV still shows them as CONNECTED!!!

What gives?

It can be incredibly frustrating when a device won't connect to your TV via bluetooth as intended. Unfortunately, the best way to correct this is by giving your TV a factory reset.

This is pretty much a complete Do-over on the TV. You can restore all of the TV settings excluding the network settings.

1. Open Settings, and select General

2. Select Reset, Enter your pin (0000) is the default, and select Reset

3. Select OK, your TV will restart automatically

4. If these steps do not match your TV, navigate to Settings, select Support, then Self Diagnosis. Reset will be located in that menu.

After these steps, try connecting your device again.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
