Hi, I am trying to reset my HAU8000 TV and have to open the hospitality mode in order to unlock the reset in settings. I tried Mute - Up - Down - Enter and Mute - Up - Down - Enter - Mute on the smart remote. Also tried Mute- 1-1-9-Enter and various other combinations that I found online on an old Samsung remote that I connected. None are working. Help would be appreciated.
