I have a QN55R60A ( I THINK THAT'S THE MODEL) I need help hooking up a Harmon Kardon AVR 100

I couldn't find that model TV. But if your receiver doesn't have hdmi you'll have to use the optical connection for audio and either component or composite connections for video depending on what the TV and receiver support.
