No Video on Prime Video App

I just got and installed by QN90B and the prime video app will load, I'm logged in, but NO videos will play at all.  I've done just about everything I've found online such as reload the app, log out/in, cold boot, unplugging the device, rebooting my router, updating my DNS settings on my network and still nothing....I hit play on any video/show and it just goes to a black screen and then about 1 minute later I get message that video won't play.  Yet - It plays fine on other streaming devices in my house.....just not on the Samsung TV - so it's really not my network.

If I can't get it fixed - I will likely return the TV and buy a Sony or LG!

Any ideas.  Looking at how I can enter developer mode to try and completely delete the app so I can reinstall.  The TV came with the most recent firmware as well - so nothing to update.

Thank you!  That did it!  Was trying not to do that and reload everything and start from scratch....but you that did it!  Thank you for your assistance!  Now I'll see if Pandora will actually work or not!

Or Uninstall the then reinstall it
