Projectors & Other TVsMy one connect box is not sending HDMI signals to the TV. I've checked all of the devices and replaced HDMI cables which did not resolve the issue. Is theres a way to by pass the one connect box because it's making my TV nearly useless. Any suggestions or know why HDMI signal isn't working? Thank you.

Projectors & Other TVsThere is not a way to bypass the one connect box, it's required to use any connected devices. If the TV is under warranty still you can request a replacement one connect box though. I'd be happy to look into getting you set up for one if you'd like. Projectors & Other TVsIt is within the Menu, are you able to access the Menu? Go to Settings>Support>Self Diagnosis>Reset>Enter PIN(Default is 0000)
