Pink horizontal lines on Frame TV

Our 50in. Frame TV has developed pink/red horizontal lines that are growing across the screen. The TV is less than 3 years old. I've looked at the forums and this doesn't seem to be input wire damage related. I also can't find anyone else talking about this issue. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this? The pink lines/blobs are growing....

Thanks

I have run the diagnostic test and nothing is flagged as being wrong. The pink lines I'm seeing never leave. I'm not using an HDMI cable as I'm running TV and apps off the tv's internet connection. No change in input or app changes the lines. They are ever present.
Would this be something that is repairable or covered under warranty?

@tbstimp If the TV is 3 years old it is no longer covered under warranty to the best of my knowledge. It is best to call customer care, good luck with that.

@tbstimp  It wouldn't be covered under warranty since its outside of the 1 year warranty the screen looks like it would need to be replaced it might be cheaper since the warranty has expired to replace the whole TV
