I have a Samsung 55 in model un55tu8000fxza. The Pluto tv continually freezes to where I have to turn the tv off and back on. I have contacted Pluto tv and done everything including uninstall reinstall, clear cache, unplugging the modem and plugging it back in. Pluto tv is the only app I have issues with. I have seen others having the same issue, but I can’t find a solution.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If also trying a factory reset on the TV does not help then I would recommend reaching back out to the app devs as this is the only app that you are having issues with.
