Just got this TV and love it. Only issue is that when I power it back on it does not go to the last input used. On the settings it says if I turn off the smart hub it should go back to the last input used upon power on. It’s turning on, then quickly switching to another HDMI input and saying the device is off.
The last input was a Directv stream device. It does turn on. The TV just switches away from it. Any tips? Thanks in advance.
Hello! I understand how this can be a cause for some concern with this occurring. Just want to make sure that this is occurring even if the external device is turned on first. Also, make sure to have it enabled if it was possibly turned off you can do that by the following:
Open menu
select ‘Settings’.
Choose ‘General’.
Select ‘Start setup’.
After that, the next step you can try is to factory reset the TV to solve this issue.
