Samsung Buisness TV apps not showing apart from 4 default apps

Only 4 default app's displaying in apps YouTube, Samsung Buisness, Niio, Internet Browser. No other apps are visible even after searching.

Methods Tried

• Restarting TV

• Smart Hub setting Done

• Reset done.

• Used Samsung account to log in and still apps not showing.

App that I'm trying to install is Hotstar which is available in India but there are no other apps as well in apps.

Please suggest some proper method for Apps downloading.

If required can share remote connection of TV.
