Samsung TV Plus app disappeared recently from UHDTV model 43RU7100FXZC tv

I noticed recently that the TV Plus app has disappeared from my TV and no app for it listed from downloadable apps page. These were channels streaming from internet. My internet connection works fine.

I noticed this morning TV Plus reappears, and I never did anything to the TV.

Was the TV network down for some reason?
