I've have issue with gray shadow on TV screen. I've done everything that is needed to take care of it but it still doesn't get fixed. Not only have I've seen this online but I have two in-laws that also bought the frame TV and they have the issue as well. This should be a class action lawsuit against Samsung in regards to the same issue across many different TVs.
