TV700D 82 in TV brand new. Some Netflix movies wont go full screen

Using netflix app via remote and/or Roku, viewing some movies on Netflix have black bar top/bottom.

Movie is a 2020 release. Some TV shows on Netflix will show full screen. 

Did pic reset, settings/ratio are set correct

I have the same problem and cannot find an answer to it.  I tried using the media control options for "Screen Fit All" and "Zoom out" but receive the message "that function is not supported".  Seems like Samsung needs to send out a software update.  This is a brand new tv.  My older Sony tv allows these functions.

I have the same problem...after i reset the tv i lost the fit to screen functionality...  The function worked before the reset
