I attempted to join Samsung Rewards for watching TV but could not. When researching why this may have occurred, I noticed that our TVs were labeled incorrectly under the My Products section, and are not able to be edited. Need assistance on how to get the products edited and register for Rewards as the system won't allow it now. Thank you!
