Vertical lines on brand new Frame Tv

Hi,

Our brand new 50’ Frame TV is displaying these vertical bars that start bleeding down from the top on the Home Screen and any time there is no screen refresh. Is this fixable or is this a hardware issue that would need to be replaced?

I’ve tried:

resetting tv

unplugging HDMI

Factory reset

It looks like a display issue I would suggest trying a different hdmi cable and if it doesn’t go away you would need to contact support and have it repaired

If it's brand new and you can still return it I'd return it for another one. You got bad edge bleed.
