2 year Art Store Promotion Subscription This Works!

After reading all the trouble people are having redeeming the promo for 2 years free on the art store subscription I wanted to share how we got it to work. We followed the PDF instructions link from the Costco advertised sales page. The trick is to click the "Coupon Not Used" rectangle and you will get a dropdown menu which allows you to use the "2-year Subscription Credit". 

Samsung left this one very important screen out when they set up the pictorial instructions. Such a shame to make so many people spend far too long on something that should be much easier.

I click add coupon and they asking for coupon code. Where do get that?

I have tried that multiple times and it does not show that drop-down with the option onky to add coupon code. What other options are there also can not find the support number

I had the same issue with the coupon code not popping up. Eventually gave up and was just going to pay, so I added a card for payment. Once I added the card, the 2 year subscription code was available to select like mentioned by the initial post.

I was able to get it but it a multiple part setup.  First, register the TV and get a Samsung account.  Second, get the annual subscription with the free trial.  On your phone you can either scan the QR code that pops up on the screen or go to the website.  You will need to login to your Samsung account.  It will prompt you to create a 6 digit pin.  Then, you will need to enter a payment method.  YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY.  You will get a confirmation that you have a subscription.  I recommend saving the screenshot.  Third, go into the Art Gallery and look to the right for the box that says "Payment Info".  Click on it.  I'm either the Subscription section or the Promotion Codes section it will show the 2 Year Credit.  Click on it and then click Apply.  Go back and click on subscriptions and you will see the date for the next payment is 25 months later.

IMPORTANT: The key is that when you get to this screen you must FIRST enter a payment method.

Once the payment method is entered you can select the "Coupon Not Used" dropdown to select the 2 year free subscription option and then continue through the rest of the process.

It then continues back on your TV and registers your subscription.

I have to say that the first collection is choose (Claude Monet) looks much more stunning that the images I uploaded of my own. I think they've tweaked the brightness and contrast to make the Art Store collection look much more like real paintings on the Frame TV rather than illuminated images.

I have to say that nothing has made me more frustrated than trying to activate the 'free 2 year subscription.'  I tried for 2 days, more than 3 hours total and all I succeeded in doing in actually buying a new annual subscription.  No drop down, no coupon, just hey! isn't it wonderful? you now have a subscription!  I would have done better to buy a bundle that had a bezel or HDMI cables included.
