QLED and The Frame TVsI've had my 85" QLED tv for maybe 2 months and then all the sudden it went black but still had sound. This is a brand new tv so wasn't sure of what to think about it and what happened. It's under warranty so had a technician come out and said it needs a new panel but the part is on backorder and has no idea of when it will be available. Now I have a $2000 85" paper weight with no way to enjoy it and no idea of and IF I will be able to in the future. This is why buying anything major online is dying because the customer care is horrible. Had I bought it from Costco, which they have it now cheaper than I paid, I would be able to return it and at least get a new one. Has anyone else had this issue? I've had Samsung products in the past and they were great and lasted years but to have the nicest one I've ever purchased go out on me in a matter of mere months says a lot about a product.

QLED and The Frame TVsSo the solution is not knowing when your 85ā tv will work again. Not like itās small and doesnāt take up an entire wall!!! Iāll never buy from them online cause if I were to get it from Costco I could have returned it and at least got it replaced.

QLED and The Frame TVsI bought it directly from Samsung which Iāll never make that mistake again. Customer service is horrible as well as any resolution is waiting for weeks on a product and āhopingā thatās the fix. Again, I will never get something of this value online because an exchange would be easiest. Which they donāt even offer that so now I have to stare at an empty screen for weeks.

QLED and The Frame TVsThere isnāt a product in existence that isnāt shipped whether you buy it in store or online. So really doubt itās a shipping issue cause it sat and worked for months not being moved. Worked the night before and then suddenly didnāt work that morning. My guess is horrible quality and product design.
