APPS STOP WORKING

WHEN YOU HOLD THE OFF BUTTON DOWN FOR TEN SECONDS AND THEN WHEN YOU TURN THE TV BACK ON HOLD ON BUTTON FOR TEN SECONDS, THE APPS START WORKING AGAIN.

SO MANY POSTS WITH COMPLICATED SOLUTIONS.  SAMSUNG OPERATOR HELPED ME.  SO SIMPLE.

I had tried everything: reinstalling apps, clearing cache, factory settings, remote reset, etc. But this time I  pressed the button on the TV to reset. After a few clicks it came back on and I had to go through the setup again. But the apps DisneyPlus, Hulu, YouTube TV, work now.
