APPS STOP WORKING

WHEN YOU HOLD THE OFF BUTTON DOWN FOR TEN SECONDS AND THEN WHEN YOU TURN THE TV BACK ON HOLD ON BUTTON FOR TEN SECONDS, THE APPS START WORKING AGAIN.

SO MANY POSTS WITH COMPLICATED SOLUTIONS.  SAMSUNG OPERATOR HELPED ME.  SO SIMPLE.

I had tried everything: reinstalling apps, clearing cache, factory settings, remote reset, etc. But this time I  pressed the button on the TV to reset. After a few clicks it came back on and I had to go through the setup again. But the apps DisneyPlus, Hulu, YouTube TV, work now.

Can you elaborate more on what you did to get the content loading on the app? I’ve tried uninstalling/re-installing the app, clearing cache, and factory reset. The Disney plus still won’t load any content and the screen becomes black.
