Hello, I have a Frame 2022 right next to an older Samsung TV. Even I tried to block the signals, the remote controllers affect both TVs. Can we disable remote control reception on the Frame?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, this is not possible. You can however use the remote app in SmartThings on your phone that will be able to control the TV individually as long as the older TV will support it please use the link below to help get this set up.
