QLED and The Frame TVs

My QN65Q60RAFXZA can connect to my local network, but will not connect to the internet.  I have reset my network multiple times, unplugged the TV, even went so far as to reset the TV to factory settings, all to no avail.  Had a Spectrum technician out, and they couldn't get it to work either.  He suggested contacting Samsung to get a SD card or USB drive from Samsung to try and fix the issue.  Can I do that through here, or will I actually have to call customer support?  I hate to call because I know they are just going to have me try everything all over again that I have already one multiple times.

Same situation here.
I have an old Galaxy A51 refurbished and 2 days ago it will shut off internet as soon as step out of house.

I already got microSD a couple of weeks ago. Can only figure out how to retype password from new location, but won't work outside or any other place I don't have direct membership for internet access.

My issue and this section is for TV's though, not for phones.
