Hello, I saw another post but i could not add to it. I spent 3 hours on the phone between cost and Samsung and the promocode does not load for the 2 or 3 years free artwork. It does not even give me the option of any promo code. When I click on promotions, it says nothing is available. I cant even pay if I want to. The eTV comes loaded with one god-awful photo that makes me dizzy. The entire reason I got this TV was to load pictures, it wont even connect to my phone so I can load pictures. A Samsung rep logged into my TV and said it is missing items to get a new one. I am worried the same broken TV will come from Costco again..... please help. This is so time-consuming and unnecessary. If you are going to give costco promos load the TV with whatever is needed. This is a nightmare. I just moved into a new building and the association is have 2 TV's having the same problem. So Samsung is clearly giving Costco bad TV's...
If the tv is defective, as the Samsung rep said it is, just return it to Costco and get a different one. The odds of you getting another defective tv are very low. If you have multiple tvs with the same defect, perhaps you should buy a different brand.
