Couldn't restore my channel backup in the flash drive

I experienced some issues in the channels in my 65 inches qn85d tv and decided to reset the tv. 

I backed up the channel list with a flash drive newly formatted in fat 32 format.

After I reset the tv and tried to restore my back up , it didnt work out and I had to do a  tv channel scan.

I dont know why
