QLED and The Frame TVsbought this tv in 2021, Main board for this 8K TV went bad, found out that Samsung is not making parts for this high end tv anymore, called Samsung care and tried to escalate the matter they sent an authorized tech company to troubleshoot the tv to find out the solution, first they said if the parts are not available then they will refund or replace the tv, after finding out that the parts are not available anymore, they said that i didn't buy this tv from an authorized dealer, i bought this tv brand new from e bay.
is there any solution there anyone knows, please let me know what could be done. I think they should stand behind their product specially when that have discontinued the supporting parts
