QLED and The Frame TVs

Hi, I have a QN75LS03AAFXZA TV that I bought in Nov 2021 (3 years ago) and now the TV has stopped working.

While the TV was being used, the display went off, then the control box clicked, the red led on the front flashed and the screen 'glowed' black for 1-2 seconds and then went off again. This is happening in a loop, control box clicks, display glows a blank black screen for a moment, and then goes off again.

I have tried unplugging and keeping the power button pressed while unplugged multiple times, I've tried using different outlets, I've tried with no cables plugged in except the connector box cable and so on.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any pointers to what could be broken?

I reached out to Samsung and they are asking for $140 just to come to diagnose what is wrong with it, and I'm not sure how much more it would cost to repair.

The TV has not been used much anyway and cost $2500 just three years ago. I'm very disappointed as my other Samsung TV from 9 years ago is working flawlessly. I use many Samsung products, but this is very disappointing.

Has anyone run into this? Thank you for any help.

No but practice safety and read about scams is this a scam? Your screen went dark was it connected to any external device? Just curious

It had an Xbox gaming console plugged in. (I'm not sure what you mean by your question about this being a scam?)

Well, it probably isn't but what game was this? Maybe it was the game server... a scam means trying to take your whole network down..

No, this wasn't an online game. This is not related to the network at all.

Okay then do you have CEC enabled by chance where another remote can turn on off the Xbox or is voice activated anywhere like in apps? Been so long since I game but if that happened to me I would think I have someone on my Xbox account and need to change the password. Unplug your Xbox andif need to contact the police that sounds strange to me. I'm no expert but I'm vigilant about safety

I appreciate the concern, but I'm only childlike in my heart. Please help me fix the TV so I can get back to Peppa Pig! šŸ˜„

Jokes apart, no, I'm not a child and I would like to hear if others have experienced the same issues.
