This has happened to me repeatedly. I used to have a choice of entertain, graphic and dynamic. Dynamic---my favorite setting---goes away when Samsung's bot(?) takes over my TV and changes the settings for "the best UHD experience" or something to that effect. Otherwise, it's a nice TV.
I would rather not do a reset and take time to reload/setup the TV like when it was brand new to get the dynamic mode back.
