Hi. I’ve tried charging the remote for a couple days, and it’s not doing anything at all with the TV. The TV runs fine using the app on my phone. I figured that maybe I should be able to see some indication of an infrared light or something from the remote if I looked at it with the camera on my phone… but nothing there either.
Any ideas as to how I might get the remote working? Or should I just get a new remote? (purchased April 2024)
