Hi,
I have a Samsung qef1 tv and I keep on getting this message even though I have set my source to HDMI
I have update to the firmware, still the same issue
Auto Store
Antenna connection detected.
Select Start Now to search for and save channels.
No other features are available during the setup.
Note: This search will erase your current channel list.

Firmware version 2111
Latest software version since installation of problematic firmware three to four months of this problem and I don't use an antenna so fix it quick
I will be informing my local electric store of your problematic issue and will be expecting legacy advice Samsung don't seem to care about but I certainly care about paying out 1200 € For a TV that doesn't work...
Same rubbish replies from Samsung on X, Facebook etc they just don't care....
But I do.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have this very same issue of which I have tried every suggestion to remedy. It is the most frustrating and annoying interruption which will not go away. The TV is only a few months old and and a real let down that this issue seems unresolvable.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same issue as well! Off and on since I purchased the TV 3 months ago. It stopped for a while, and now it's happening repeatedly again. I've done a factory reset, and ensured I'm on the latest firmware (version 1125) and it's still happening. It's really disappointing that Samsung has not created a fix for this yet, and that their only response is 'check your firmware version'. I did that, and I'm up to date, so now what?
And who even uses an antenna anymore??
