QLED and The Frame TVs

My system worked well for several years.  Today, when I tried to play a Blu-ray I saw this on this TV screen.  The Blu-ray player's power is definitely on.  Advice would be appreciated.

Thank you both.  Your recommendations caused me to tunnel my way to the back of the Blu-ray unit, where I unplugged-then-replugged the power, Ethernet, and HDMI cables.  Something happened, but it seemed more like a Blu-ray reboot than re-seating a bad connection.  Once done, I was told the Blu-ray needed a firmware update via the Internet, which I did.  Net-net, the Blu-ray is working and its connection to my TV seems to be fine.

So I give your answers a big 👍.

Yes, unplug the HDMI and replug it. Had the same problem with my Xbox Series X and it was quite random, because the display started to go real wonky and the Xbox changed it's resolution from 4k all the way down to 480p because of it. It is the original oem HDMI cable, as well, but reseating the HDMI cable fixed it fine.
