Q70T and earc, not working at all

I have CEC on and earc on auto. The receiver is connected to HDMI3 (earc).
Yet I don't get any option for connecting to anything HDMI in the sound settings.

Ok I got it working however only for cable TV.
The built in apps like Netflix and Prime does not pass audio via earc for some reason.

I am sorry to hear about this. Please provide the full model number and software version for the television.

I found a way for Arc to work.
I think eArc is also working on the TV, it's the HDMI switch not handling it correctly for the audio device causing the issue.
