How do I get rid of this obnoxious glow? Is the a fix for this? Can't return to bestbuy because the return policy is 15days. T.v was bought in March.

Hm, that's odd. Have you tried contacting Samsung directly? You fall within their limited 1 year warranty. For an issue such as a defect, you should be able to get the TV replaced.

You mean the glare? If so.. You can't. Most Samsung tvs are terrible in brightly lit rooms. Their tvs are more for dark spaces.

Looks like the diffuser layer behind the LCD is not working right, that's called "spot lighting" might be because the diffuser is too close to the LEDs behind them, usually what that means, it's just not sitting straight. Personally I'd say it's a very easy fix assuming your LCD panel isn't glued to it haha. Though give warranty a try first though.
