I have a Samsung QE50Q60TAUXXU TV that has 4 slim black lines running horizontally, originally there were only 2.
I have contacted Samsung and have gone through all of the trouble shooting options but the issue is still there.
I purchased this TV due to the extended screen warranty, but when I contacted Samsung I was told that this warranty was only for screen burn?! I was not happy, especially as this was not a cheap TV.
Has anyone had this issue fixed? The repair company that Samsung has recommended does not have the best reviews in my area.
