QLED and The Frame TVsHello! I completely understand your concerns with the tv, I'll be more than happy to assist. Is the tv plugged into a surge protector? if so, please plug the unit into an outlet. If you're still receiving the issue with the tv not turning on, the unit will require service.
Service Options:
If your tv is out of warranty you can reach out to a local service center to obtain an estimate for repairs. http://www.samsung.com/us/
If you're in warranty please feel free to send a private message with the full model and serial number to a moderator. http://bit.ly/2tCGnGK
