Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Not having your one connect box working can be frustrating. I would recommend trying the steps in the following link first: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109749/#tv-with-a-one-connect-box-has-no-pic.... 

If those do not help I would recommend going to our parts website samsungparts.com to purchase another one. If you are still within the one-year warranty we can go ahead and get you set up for service. Just send us a private message with your full model and serial number.
