QLED and The Frame TVsIt seems the audio (voice) does not match the video (mouth). Will the adjustment in the sound tab fix or will something else be required?

QLED and The Frame TVsThe cable box would be the cause of the audio issues especially if this is not happening on any other apps directly from the TV such as YouTube or Netflix etc. Please let me know if it is also occuring on those apps.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi there, Thanks for asking about this. There's a few different possibilities that could be causing this. First, could you confirm what, if any, devices you are using? (For example, a cable box or streaming device, and a soundbar) Additionally, does this issue occur on all inputs and channels? Lastly, have you confirmed the TV software is updated?
