Qled Smart TV- QE75Q75CATXXU Keep scrolling and focus

Hi community,

We got a new TV 75" Qled Smart TV, since last night very strangely, the options on the TV screen are keep scrolling either up or down randomly, even when the Remote is unused.

For example,

1. When we are on YouTube the videos are keep scrolling either up or down, or the focus is keep coming on the screen as if the remote button is pressed.

2. When we are on Netflix, the focus is always on and it's not going away. As shown in the picture. 

I have tried switching off the TV, even in the morning the behavior is the same.

Has anyone faced this issue or is there any known solution for this?

Just an update on this issue, I tried isolating the Solar remote away from the TV for a few hours and it did the job.

It was just the remote causing the issue, I tried using the remote later in the day and this has not happened again, fortunately.
