Hey recently I have been wanting to turn the picture off at night but keep audio on. For the past few years I have just been turning backlighting down. However i found out it is possible to turn the picture off. However after going into the picture settings and accessibility settings I can’t find the picture off option. Is my TV the only model that doesn’t have this feature? Please help!

QLED and The Frame TVs

t's not uncommon for different TV models to have variations in their features and settings, even within the same brand like Samsung's QLED and The Frame series. If you're having trouble finding the "picture off" option on your TV, it's possible that your specific model may not support this feature.

Here are a few steps you can take to double-check:

  1. User Manual: Check your TV's user manual. It should have a section that details all the available features and settings. Look specifically for information related to turning off the picture while keeping the audio on.

  2. Online Resources: Visit the official Samsung website and navigate to the support section. Enter your TV model number to find specific documentation and support articles related to your TV model. This might help you confirm whether or not your TV supports the "picture off" feature.

  3. Contact Samsung Support: If you can't find any information in the user manual or online resources, consider reaching out to Samsung's customer support. They can provide you with information about the capabilities of your specific TV model and offer guidance on how to achieve the desired result.

  4. Alternative Solutions: If your TV model indeed doesn't support turning off the picture while keeping the audio on, you can consider alternative solutions like setting the screen brightness to the lowest possible level or using a screensaver with a dark background to minimize the light emitted from the screen.

Remember that TV features can vary even within the same brand and product line, so it's essential to consult your TV's documentation and possibly seek assistance from the manufacturer to determine the capabilities and limitations of your particular model.
