QLED and The Frame TVsWe went to plug in the connector to our brand new frame TV but it looks like this.
Is this defective?
It feels like the port shouldn’t be so recessed—we can’t get our cable in.

QLED and The Frame TVsDoes the back of the TV appear bulged-out when viewing from the side? Most people will mount their Frames flat-to-the-wall and if yours is bowed-out, flat ain't gonna happen and you got a defective TV.
Can you simply push on the back and get your OneConnect to fit? Or any USB cable into the port on the left?
If you want to try the TV out before returning to your dealer, try pushing the back and inserting any USB plug in that left-had type A socket, and then your OneConnect plug.
But something does appear way wrong with the way the back is (not) fitting on your set.
