Our remote for the Frame TV started needing to be charged frequently, and now it won’t charge at all. Is there a way to replace the battery? Help!

Hey, thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. There are certain model remotes that allow you to change the battery. These models allow easy access, so you should be able to look at the back of the remote to see if the back comes off. If there is no backpiece on the remote; the remote would have to be replaced.
