I have two Samsung QLED 43" 4K TV's, bought about 6 months apart. The one in the family room is set up on a Home Theater and worked just fine, once we got used to having a smart TV. So I decided to get another for the Den. On set up, I decided to go manual as opposed to auto set-up. Some how, the remote for the downstairs now controls the whole TV, but I cannot get the Amp to work at all with it's remote, or to change inputs. If I try to use the amp remote to allow the smart TV to work thru the amp. it doesn't function, and the amp remote does nothing, not even powering up.
How do I decouple that amp from the family room TV remote?
