QLED and The Frame TVsI bought my Samsung Frame 50" (2021) during Black Friday a month ago from the Samsung website and I had it installed using Samsung's provided professional service and I've noticed that it's warped in the center? The center of the television sticks out farther than the edges and the screen is warped so images look a little distorted. I've also noticed some clouding/white blotches when the screen is dark. Is there any way to fix this or get an exchange for it?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, I'm terribly sorry to hear about this experience, and can definitely understand your concern. I would recommend ensuring all software and systems are up to date, the television is connected directly to a wall outlet, testing all sources, and running a picture test as a final option. If the screen issue is present during the picture test the next suggestion is to have the unit serviced by a technician and you can use this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ to find a service center in your area or private message me https://bit.ly/3p4UuiW with your full model and serial number to review service options if available.
